男童不見蛋蛋原是假性隱睪

（中央社記者黃國芳嘉義市11日電）署立嘉義醫院泌尿科主任黃才倍今天表示，近日嘉義地區多所小學學童體檢，發現多名男童陰囊內摸不到睪丸，發現是假性隱睪，原因是天冷或提睪肌收縮較強，睪丸不容易被摸到。

嘉義地區學童健檢，多名男童疑似得了隱睪症，到嘉義醫院複檢，才發覺是假性隱睪，讓家長鬆口氣。黃才倍指出，是不是隱睪症，需由泌尿科醫師判定，如果真的是隱睪症，大部分要開刀治療。

黃才倍表示，胎兒時睪丸是在腹腔內發育，最後才降至陰囊內，若是睪丸尚存留在腹腔或腹股溝，才是隱睪症，部分男童睪丸原本就位於較高位置，有的因天氣冷會往上縮，有的男童因提睪肌反應較強烈，經觸摸後，就會自動把睪丸向上提，陰囊內才會摸不到蛋蛋。

黃才倍說，父母在為男嬰洗澡、更換尿布時，可以觸摸一下陰囊，感覺睪丸的數目有無短少，若2顆都摸不到或少1顆，就需到醫院檢查。

他指出，隱睪症的治療有黃金時間，如果青少年時期才發現有隱睪症，則睪丸常常已產生萎縮，除了會導致不孕，還可能因睪丸一直卡在腹腔內，長期受體內高溫影響，轉變成睪丸癌。1000311
