彰化有民眾抱怨，流感快篩原本陰性幾小時後變陽性，質疑診所醫師想推銷快過期的克流感？中市小兒科醫師蘇主光昨天向本報投訴，指出病患誤會醫師了，他去年暑假迄今快篩逾千例，發現快篩呈陽性（見圖，記者徐夏蓮攝），最快10分鐘，慢的有的要2個小時，主要和病毒量及檢體是否沾到鼻涕等黏液有關。

蘇主光表示，快篩時檢體取自咽喉或鼻腔，如果沾有鼻涕等黏液，因較黏稠擴散緩慢，雖然快篩平均15分鐘即知道結果，但也有10分鐘即篩出，也有慢到2小時。

快篩呈陽性是出現2條線，陰性1條線，有人呈1條線後半小時，才變成2條線，他認為病患誤會快篩陰性，幾小時後又變陽性，就是這個原因。

他指出，快篩是利用病毒抗體和抗原結合的原理做的試劑，有的病毒量少，會在2小時後，在試劑上A型流感區或B型流感區才呈現淡淡的1條線。

他會事先告訴病患，不必在診所苦等，有結果會電話通知，就是要避免這種誤會發生，他認為彰化的醫師事後發現呈陽性，馬上電話通知患者是好心不是黑心。

他指出，吃不吃克流感，流感都會好，只是吃了以後，痊癒好的時間快一點，診所病患如果很多，醫師根本不必擔心克流感銷不出去，而且現在叫克流感，診所都是10盒、20盒的叫貨，醫師不可能為了促銷快過期的克流感，快篩陰性卻騙病人是陽性。
