病床數 拖累台灣醫衛形象

不久前，《國際生活》這本知名美國雜誌對一九二個國家進行評鑑，公布了二○一一年全球最佳生活指數報告（http://www1.internationalliving.com/qofl2011/）。我很訝異地發現，台灣在醫療衛生項目中僅得到五十五分，與鄰國得到滿分一百分的日本相距甚遠，也低於泰國七十二分，馬來西亞六十七分，整體看來，我們在亞洲屬於中後段班。

日前，家中長輩因身體不舒服到台中頗大的公立醫院掛急診，護士協助打點滴後不是安排病床讓她休息，卻是要她提著點滴自己去找椅子坐。在急診室裡我們看到的盡是焦慮的家屬和無助的病人，有的人打著電話看看可不可以透過關係要到病床，原來要有個病床還真不容易。數年前，我的日籍家人看到了台北的某家大型醫院急診室，提到那裏真像極了野戰醫院。當時我們並不知道原因，後來拜讀許文龍先生的新作《零與無限大》，提到政府限制了病床數量，造成病患躺在急診室走道等不到病床。才讓我和家人得到答案。

希望新任署長能儘快找回衛生署的神聖職責，解決我國在病床數、醫師人數、嬰兒死亡率、國人平均壽命以及公共衛生支出，這些評分項目無法獲得肯定的問題。（作者為大學環境與安全衛生系助理教授）

台灣只肯用五千萬台幣照顧2300萬人的健康 每個人2萬2台幣 有納保項目還比日本多很多

10萬VS 2萬 100分VS 55分

其實C/P值台灣高太多了
