勞保明年先漲 933萬人月增28元

健保、國保漲價還在醞釀階段，勞保率先帶頭，勞委會昨宣布，勞保費率明年元旦起將調漲○．五個百分點，至少九三三萬名勞工受影響。以平均投保薪資約二．八萬元推估，勞工每月保費將增加廿八元，雇主每位員工每月增加九十九元。


此次調漲是在九十八年一月勞保年金實施時的配套措施，目前勞保費率七．五％，明年起調升為八％，此後四年每年調漲○．五個百分。調到十％後，改為每兩年漲一次，直到民國一一六年到十三％為止。


以目前勞保平均投保薪資二萬八一六九元計算，調漲後每位勞工每月保費增加廿八元，一年增加三三八元；雇主為每位員工每月將增加九十九元保費，一年增加一一八三元。在職業工會投保的勞工，每月保費增加八十五元，一年增加一○一四元。


此次調漲預計約九三三萬名勞工受影響，勞保局近期將會通知各投保單位。
