【高麗玲╱台北報導】一名三十多歲的男性最近打高爾夫球時，經常走一段路就腿痛到必須休息，加上伴隨性功能障礙，就醫發現，原來是周邊動脈阻塞，導致血流不順；醫師表示，周邊動脈阻塞若未及時治療，有可能導致截肢，還會一輩子陽痿，提醒有高血糖等三高、肥胖、抽菸者，若出現走一段路腿部就疼痛，休息一會就好的間歇性跛行時，應儘早就醫。

慎防三高

收治該患者的的林口長庚醫院血管外科主治醫師柯博仁昨表示，這名男子有高血壓、高血脂，還常熬夜，有次在高爾夫球時突然走不動、腿部疼痛，並出現性功能障礙，檢查發現，他的腹主動脈、腸股動脈狹窄，罹患周邊動脈阻礙性疾病，致腿部和陰莖海綿體的供血都不足。在進行腔內治療，植入下肢血管支架後，走路及性功能都恢復正常。

肥胖抽菸是危險群

柯博仁說，周邊動脈阻礙性疾病是指周邊動脈狹窄、硬化，阻礙血液流通，最常見的是發生在下肢動脈。其中又以糖尿病、高血壓、高血脂、高膽固醇、肥胖、抽菸者是高危險群，若高危險群出現間歇性跛行，甚至最後到不走路腿也會痛，就可能是下肢動脈阻塞，應及早就醫。

足背動脈跳動測病

柯博仁表示，出現腳部傷口無法癒合的糖尿病患者中，七成都因周邊動脈阻礙，但若及早治療，可避免截肢命運；現已有下肢血管支架，但健保不給付，得自費二至十五萬元。他並指相關高危險群可以摸足背的動脈有無跳動，若是沒跳動，就表示下肢動脈可能有阻塞問題台大醫院血管外科主治醫師詹志洋說，下肢動脈阻塞剛開始時會有輕微的間歇性跛行，而糖尿病人因感覺神經差，易忽略剛開始的輕微症狀，發現時都很嚴重，因此提醒，只要發現有未癒合傷口時即要就醫。
