台灣又回到戒嚴時代嗎？國家元首、首長的座車要路過，不僅閒雜人等要迴避外，就連載有急救病患的救護車，也「必須」停下來讓大官座車先行！這離譜的現象，竟大剌剌出現在北縣新店市的街道上，不少路人更是眼睜睜目睹這場大官座車「橫行霸道」過程。


日前傍晚七點多，於新店市中興路三段、民權路口突有警車導航開路，尾隨出現一大排「黑頭車」大官座車隊，當地民眾一度認為，如此壯觀陣勢應是總統座車，在準備通過這路口時，此際傳來一輛救護車的鳴笛聲，這輛搭載有病患趕著抵達醫院的救護車，一路奔馳到這名大官的座車隊前時，竟硬生生被警方阻擋需讓大官座車先過，此景立即引發現場不少路人直呼：真是枉顧人命！大官的命比較值錢嗎？原來這輛「霸道」的大官座車，不是總統馬英九，而是行政院長吳敦義。


針對此事，警方趕緊出面澄清表示，當時車隊兩部前導車，由中興路三段右轉進入民權路，跟在前導車後面的院長座車見到救護車有主動停下，由於當時天黑又下雨，民權路段因施工圍籬只剩一線單行道，在路口執勤的員警見救護車要左轉，為顧及交通安全，就指揮救護車先暫停，確認吳院長座車車隊停妥後，再引導救護車左轉，執勤員警並未刻意阻擋救護車通過。


儘管警方陳述是否屬實，救護車搶救病患是刻不容緩之事，在道路行駛權上理應以第一優先考量，若急救病患因延誤黃金搶救時間而喪命，這攸關人命之事又該由誰來負責？
