〔記者陳文嬋／高雄報導〕中華海峽兩岸中醫藥學術交流協會理事長孫適超昨開車趕赴醫院洗腎，擦撞保全車後連撞4車，邱姓義警被彈飛20多公尺，頭部重創送醫不治，孫男肇逃但車牌掉落現場露餡，警方依肇事逃逸、過失致死罪送辦。

警方調查，55歲孫適超罹患糖尿病併尿毒症，昨清晨5時許身體不舒服，駕車趕赴醫院洗腎，途經高市三民區十全二路、重慶街口，與先鋒保全車輛發生擦撞。

保全車打轉後往前滑行，適逢哈爾濱派出所邱姓義警幹事騎腳踏車運動，被從後追撞致整個人彈飛20多公尺，衝入路邊小貨車底下，安全帽應聲裂開，胸部受創當場吐血。

保全車擦撞停放路邊休旅車、自小客車才停止，駕駛賴姓保全員頭部碰撞受傷；孫男闖禍後未下車查看，直接開往1家診所洗腎。警消趕赴現場，將邱男與賴男送醫，邱男宣告不治，賴男驚險逃過一劫，警方在車禍現場起獲1面車牌，前往診所逮獲孫男。

孫男到案坦承與人發生車禍，感到後悔不已，將盡最大誠意與努力，協助邱男家屬處理後事。警方將孫適超依肇事逃逸、過失致死罪，賴男依過失致死罪移送法辦。
