白色恐怖黑色陰影！中醫治療白斑黑斑有方

有一些人的身上、臉上會長出「白斑」，心裡一直存有「白色恐怖」；有的人則是不當使用美白劑，造成臉上有色素沉澱，變成甩不掉的黑斑，心中有「黑色陰影」；無論是白斑或黑斑，常有人忽略，也有的人一籌莫展，還有的人卻嘗試各種偏方治療，結果反而愈來愈嚴重。

皮膚白斑病，中醫叫「白癜風」，中醫師聶美華表示，白斑是因為皮膚黑色素細胞遭受破壞，而導致皮膚出現不規則形狀的白色斑塊的特殊疾病，全身到處都可能產生。一般身體兩側都會出現，呈現乳白色斑塊。常見侵犯部位包括臉部、嘴唇、手部、手臂、腿部、生殖器。有的人發病時未就醫，一直拖到全身皮膚擴散達1/2面積，才想到找醫師治療，此時病症已經非常棘手，即使服藥3年，也未必保證會痊癒。

一般西醫治療白斑會使用長波紫外線（又稱黑光），或太陽光照射療法，
並配合內服類固醇，不但療程長、效果差，還有副作用，且痊癒率不高，停藥後還隨時可能會復發。中醫治療則是以「活血袪風」的觀點為基礎，再輔以舒肝、健脾益腎藥方，進而滋補肝胃、化血生精、濡養肌膚調理，得到明顯改善效果。

日前有媒體報導，台中有一名愛美女性，私下使用檳榔葉貼在臉上，本來想美白，卻造成臉頰紅腫癢痛，導致黑色素沉澱，粉臉變黑臉，皮膚受到傷害。甚至有的人想美白，竟然在臉上貼檸檬片曬太陽，結果果皮強烈感光，造成皮膚發炎後黑色素沉澱。

黑斑是源於皮膚黑色素增加，而形成的一種常見面部褐色或黑色素沉著性皮膚病，多半發生於成年女性臉上，又稱為「肝斑」或「蝴蝶斑」。黑斑形成的原因，除了不當使用美白保養品或化妝品，因受到某些成分造成，如水楊酸鹽、香料、防腐劑、金屬（鉛、鋁、金、銀）等，遺傳，也有的是因肝病、結核、腫瘤、營養不良等慢性病引起。還有的是紫外線照射傷害過大，導致皮膚色素無法完全排出，直接沉澱形成黑斑。或是與壓力過大阻礙新陳代謝，導致內分泌失調而長出黑斑，或使斑色變深。

由於黑斑病症引發較多元，因此中醫在治療時，也必需比較有彈性變化，聶美華醫師表示，有的人因為肝病需要先養肝；有的人因曬太陽過度需要先消炎；有的人因為貧血需要先補氣；有的人則是壓力太大需要先調整生活作息，並以中藥處方疏肝解鬱，達到治療黑斑的目的。
