聯發科加薪50% 羨煞上班族

近景氣回溫，高科技公司加薪動作頻頻，像前股王IC設計龍頭聯發科，就傳出加薪3~5成，消息傳出真的羨煞很多上班族，不過分析師認為，聯發科為了轉型智慧型手機晶片，勢必要透過加薪來搶人才，而這樣的成本增加，也讓聯發科10日股價最多跌了8塊。


股價開盤小漲，400多塊的聯發科，雖然和股王宏達電越拉越遠，不過無損IC設計龍頭廠的地位，最近董事長蔡明介不但親掌公司金雞母手機部門，還傳出凍漲一年多的薪水，要調高3~5成薪水調整幅度，令外界羨慕。


不過產業解讀這時候加薪，是為了搶人才，因為競爭對手晨星，最近也加薪2成，預估薪水加分紅，聯發科資深工程師一年收入700萬跑不掉。


即使多了個員工分紅費用化，對聯發科4000名員工來說，科技新貴的金字招牌，依舊亮晶晶。
