中醫保健服務 下鄉走透透

〔記者傅潮標／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣中醫醫療保健服務今天開跑，將巡迴18鄉鎮市共舉辦30場次，每場都由合格中醫師坐鎮，免費教導民眾人體穴位按摩及提供中醫醫療諮詢。現場並會發送由苗栗縣中醫師公會出版的「養生保健穴位按摩點穴卡」和「真愛妳一生」女性中醫養生手冊。

30場講座 教穴位按摩

中醫師公會理事長詹永兆說，頭痛、頸部酸痛、腰痛、坐骨神經痛、胃痛等常見小毛病，甚至是睡眠障礙、憂鬱症等，都可透過穴道按摩獲得舒緩。公會設計的各類症狀穴位按摩點穴卡，可讓民眾輕鬆按圖找到穴位。

衛生局長羅財樟說，中醫師公會另贈送出版的「真愛妳一生」女性中醫養生手冊，內容有保健、食療和疾病預防等實用資訊，涵蓋女性從生長、發育、青春期、孕前、懷孕、產後、更年期等不同階段的中醫保健照護。

今天起巡迴 在苗市公所

羅財樟說，各鄉鎮市的場次，有的在上午，有的安排在下午。上午時間是9點到11點；下午時間是2點至4點。今天首場是上午在苗栗市公所，最後一場是10月25日上午，在後龍鎮公所。各場次、地點和時間，可電洽苗栗縣政府衛生局332-545。

縣府昨天召開記者會，公布這項免費保健服務措施。中醫師公會理事長詹永兆、常務監事徐煥權，分別以縣長劉政鴻、立委徐耀昌為對象，示範穴位按摩。有需要的民眾可就近到當地排定的時間、地點體驗、學習。
