（中央社記者陳清芳台北30日電）7月1日起，多項醫藥衛生便民利多措施上路，包括：各縣市單一窗口受理申請巴氏量表到宅評估、掛號費上限、檢驗看報告得免回診、健保病床資訊透明化、健保擴大癌症藥器給付等。

攸關失能者聘僱外勞的巴氏量表到宅評估，各縣市長照中心採取單一窗口受理申請，協助聯繫200多家醫院提供到宅鑑定服務，民眾每次須支付醫事人員出診訪視費新台幣1700到2000元、評估鑑定費700到1000元，外加交通費。

衛生署建議，醫院門診掛號費上限150元、急診掛號費上限300元，將納入醫院評鑑項目。對於超出上限的醫院，衛生署將勸說降價，否則擬公布名單。

民眾只做檢驗不想回診或不方便回診者，衛生署所屬署立醫院可免費索取生化、血液、大小便的檢驗報告，民眾檢驗時可自備回郵信封向檢驗室登記，申請寄發報告。

不少民眾抱怨到醫院看病，老是等不到健保病床。中央健保局將在官方網站首頁，公布各醫院健保病床占總病床比率，供民眾參考。

30年前米糠油多氯聯苯中毒受害的「油症」病患，可自願在健保IC卡上註記患者身分，不必另外出示「油症患者就診卡」，就醫可享健保門診免部分負擔，兼顧隱私保障。

在經濟拮据下，健保局花錢還是不手軟，反正不夠的直接從醫界抽審、核刪、「補」回來就好了，醫界敢隨便吭一聲嗎？！ (打小人)
