醫生嫌兒笨 辱妻「娘家有病」

〔記者項程鎮、張文川、陳恩惠、蔡文正／綜合報導〕鄭姓婦產科醫師因兒子成績不佳，竟歸究妻子遺傳不良，還罵妻子及娘家都有病，限制孩子只能看CNN，被妻控告虐待、惡意遺棄，訴請離婚，最高法院判離確定。

鄭姓醫師主張，雙方只是對子女管教方式意見不一，他從91年就到南部就業，數度希望全家搬遷，皆被太太拒絕。結婚超過20年，自己動產和不動產都在太太名下，太太還賣過房子，足供生活費和子女教育費。

醫師娘則主張，對方罵她是「爛女人」、「只是淡江畢業」，她的爸爸「不過是個黑道」，且從96年4月就不付生活費，8月起音訊全無，顯示對方有惡意遺棄事實。

小孩的一位小學老師作證指出，鄭醫師不尊重太太，還說他太太「以為腳開開就有錢拿」。女兒庭訊表示，自己跟爸爸拿補習費時，爸爸還說：「又不是北一女，幹嘛要補習？」爸爸還常跟別人數落媽媽及媽媽娘家人有神經病，還說就算媽媽死，也不會送行。法院認定，男方對女方施暴、又不顧家庭，應對婚姻失敗負責。

最高法院還將兩人未成年子女的監護權判給媽媽，鄭姓醫師每月須付1萬8197元扶養費，直到子女成年，另外，鄭男從2007年4月到2008年7月共積欠76萬4285元的生活費，也須償還女方，且要付50萬元精神慰撫金。
