熱門話題－拿林志玲當替死鬼 對嗎？

　有台灣第一名模之稱的林志玲，遭媒體爆料自三年前從經紀公司轉出健保後，便未再繼續繳納全民應當強制納保的費用，累計欠下六萬元健保費。曾經默默捐款給公益團體的名模，也一下子成了過街老鼠。

　可是當你我在健保財務窟窿甚深之際，把一位名模當成活人祭品去猛噴口水之餘，不妨先自我反省，你有沒有在就醫時，硬要醫師開安慰藥呢？有沒有以逛醫院為樂的惡習呢？假如林志玲欠繳費用期間，就醫都採自費，事發後又立即把欠費繳齊，那請問真正在Ａ健保資源的是誰呢？

　當健保局在內部統計中，都明確指出造成健保虧損前兩惡，一是不肖醫療院所和醫師，其次便是賴債的各級政府。那我們若跟著八卦傳媒起鬨瞎鬧，這不就證明了群眾是盲目無知。而且一位模特兒能欠繳健保費三年，健保局卻也神經特大條不知不覺，那不就是行政疏失嗎？瞧瞧那些居住在國外仍享有健保資源者和各級政府賴債，難道會比林志玲還蓋高尚嗎？
