悠遊卡代繳班費 北市9月試辦

(中央社記者孫承武台北16日電)因應悠遊卡增加小額消費功能，台北市政府教育局今天表示，已著手規劃，預計99學年度第1學期先在高中職、國中、國小，各選1所學校試辦數位學生證校園小額付費的功能。

教育局資訊室表示，這項試辦計畫若成效良好時，民國100年再全面推廣至北市各級學校。屆時北市近40萬名學生人手一張的數位學生證，可在校園內進行小額付費的功能。

資訊室說，台北市的學生證自94年起，採用與悠遊卡結合的數位學生證，學生在校外可使用搭乘捷運、公車；校園內，透過悠遊卡RFID（Radio FrequencyIdentification）感應，可以提供學生上、下學到離校簡訊通知家長的服務、出缺勤管理、門禁管理及校內圖書館借還書服務外，也延伸與市圖合作借還書。

資訊室主任韓長澤指出，研議開放數位學生證校園小額付費的功能，希望能簡化目前校園內小額費用代收手續。

另外，他說，數位學生證有掛失補發機制，學生如果不慎遺失可申報遺失，學校透過校內系統將學生卡號通知悠遊卡公司進行鎖卡，並將金額退還，避免造成學生損失。

資訊室表示，以後北市學生如需繳費，家長可先行利用超商、捷運站等提供儲值服務的地點，替孩子的數位學生證加值。學生到校後，則可利用下課時間，至學校出納組透過學生證進行扣款，即完成繳費動作。

同時，學校可於下個月將收費的明細紀錄，E-mail給家長瞭解學生繳費的狀況。資訊室說，如此方便學生繳費，老師也不用處理繁瑣的收費程序。990316
