出口東協高成長 戳破馬謊言

〔記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕馬政府一再警告，東協加一今年一月上路後，未加入的台灣將被邊緣化，並以此為由，加速推動兩岸洽簽經濟合作架構協議（ＥＣＦＡ），但財政部昨天公布的統計資料，今年前兩個月台灣對中國及東協出口不減反增，分別創下新高及次高！當場戳破馬政府的謊言。


未受東協加一影響


財政部昨天公布，今年一至二月我國對中國出口創下歷年同期新高，對東協六國出口則是歷年同期次高，而且幾乎所有產品出口都大幅增加。這些數據在在證明台灣對東協及中國出口，並未受到東協加一的影響。


根據財政部統計，今年一至二月出口值三八四．四億美元、進口值三五○．五億美元，都是歷年同期次高；與去年同期相較則分別增加五十四％及七十七．三％，創下三十多年來同期最大增幅。


其中，一至二月對中國及香港出口一六一．六億美元，不僅占出口比重四十二％，並創下歷年同期新高，較去年同期則大增八十五．二％。而且，我國對中國及香港出口，各項產品都大幅增加，政府認為影響較大的石化、機械及紡織業，出口也都明顯成長；其中，塑膠及其製品出口增加六十八．三％，機械出口更增加一○二．四％。


另外，一至二月對東協六國出口五十六．七億美元，創下歷年同期次高，並且較去年同期大幅增加六十五．五％，各項產品出口都大幅增加，以電子產品、礦產品、基本金屬及其製品增加最多。


對中出口則創新高


財政部統計長林麗貞指出，一至二月我國對主要地區出口都大幅增加，對中國及香港、日本出口更已超越金融海嘯前水準；主要貨品中，電子產品出口創歷年同期新高，光學器材、塑橡膠及其製品、化學品及礦產品等，則創下歷年同期次高，光學器材（主要是大面板）出口金額更較去年同期成長一．八倍。


林麗貞並表示，三月四日甲仙發生大地震，各科技大廠在南部廠區已經陸續恢復生產，對未來整體出口表現影響不大。
