生涯改變／中年退休後的局面

年過五十以後，許多人都會考慮退休的問題，除了退休金和積蓄是否足夠養老外，日後能否開創事業的第二春，也是考慮的重點。

朋友陳君說，他不敢妄想依自己的能力，退休後還能得到私人企業或其他公司的青睞，只要退休俸能餵飽肚子，孩子長大了，能夠賺錢，他自己可以專注在一些興趣上，如寫作、閱讀等，他就甘於做個退休族。於是，他在五十三歲時，抱著平淡的心情退休了，當時同事老張還罵他，為何不再熬兩年，到了可以多領一點退休金基數的年齡再退？

陳君笑笑說：「不是我的錢太多，而是現在的公務員壓力大到不得了，長官又多愛表面功夫，不如就退休，過平凡的生活。」

有些朋友則較有鴻鵠之心，好友阿傑在大企業當科長，退休前信誓旦旦的，退休後，除非其他企業以月薪十萬元請他，否則他是不會去的；還有一位朋友梅生，在財經部會擔任中高級官員，他原先以為退休後，靠著職務建立的人脈，不愁沒有私人企業聘請他去擔任顧問。

結果阿傑、梅生各自退休後，並沒有如原先所料，有私人企業聘請他們，於是阿傑懶散地在家看電視、睡大覺，常被太太嘀咕。梅生還好，常跑圖書館借書，或找朋友打打橋牌，但兩人的心情不免都有點鬱悶，因為退休的生涯，並不符他們的期望。

其實，現在的企業都在裁老員工，怎會再延攬其他地方退休的人呢？尤其是不景氣時代，除非自己有特殊的專長或背景，千萬不要抱著仰賴他人再聘用的期望而退休。或許要退休，就要像陳君一樣，抱著純退休的心情，否則，能夠不退休就不退吧！

1. 可不可以拜托退休的軍公教人員不要去已經很擁擠的學校游泳池？－－特別是有些人還把早上的游泳池當成聊天吐痰兼吐槽的地方。學生沒有人生方向，至少要讓他們有游泳方向吧？

2. 政府乾脆好事做到底，專門建幾座軍公教專用游泳池，讓他們好好延續上班時候的各種習慣。反正十八趴還在趴，免稅的繼續免，用幾座游泳池換取學生的活動時間/空間，納稅人應該還可以忍受。
