〔記者佟振國／南投報導〕國道六號8公里草屯段今天上午將近9點發生一起重大死亡車禍，造成3死6傷，確切肇事原因仍待國道警方進一步釐清。

一輛從埔里開往集集的砂石車，今天上午將近9點，行經國道六號8公里草屯段時突然爆胎，失控衝到對向車道，迎面撞擊1部休旅車和2部自小客車，造成3死6 傷，死者包括46年次的陳永松、中國醫藥大學助理教授施浤彰、中國醫藥大學教授楊文光的太太楊許登美，傷者包括楊文光、高雄醫學院副院長張建國和妻子呂秋燕、砂石車司機等6人。

國道六車禍　砂石車連撞2車3死5傷 國道六號8公里南投草屯路段，發生重大死亡車禍，一輛砂石車疑似前輪爆胎，衝到對向車道，連撞兩輛自小客車，造成3死5傷，不幸的是，死者包括中國醫藥學院檢驗師施浤彰，而高醫副院長張建國夫婦，雙雙受傷，醫師朋友們原本開開心心在年節前出遊，沒想到有人卻命喪黃泉。

銀色休旅車遭到砂石車撞擊，整輛車嚴重變形，車門也被削掉；另一輛白車輛車也很慘，零件碎片掉落滿地，肇事車輛，就是這台擋風玻璃破裂的砂石車。消防人員：「有一輛砂石車直接撞到，往埔里方向這個車道過來，造成2部車子以及人員受傷。」

傷者分送3家醫院急救，據了解，休旅車上當時有6個人，其中施浤彰是中國醫藥學院醫師，不幸傷重死亡，另外還有高醫的副院長張建國夫妻，以及另外3名友人開心出遊，沒想到遇上車禍。傷者：「本來要去九族。」記者：「九族喔？」傷者：「要去看櫻花啦。」

肇事司機也躺進醫院，頭部受了傷，他說車禍原因，是車輪爆胎。肇事司機：「輪胎爆胎，方向盤拉不回來，一直衝。」記者：「車輪是司機這邊，左邊的嗎？」肇事司機：「對對對。」

這起車禍發生在國道六號8公里處，砂石車從埔里出發，原本要到集集載貨，行駛途中車輛前輪突然爆胎，先衝撞中央分隔島，再衝向對向車道，休旅車和轎車閃避不及，全部撞毀，釀成3死5傷悲劇。
