排除採認大陸醫事學歷公聽會爭議多

採認大陸學歷，教育部初步規劃排除醫事相關領域。教育部舉辦陸生來台公聽會，會場外，台灣醫學生聯合會和留學大陸的台生會，對此一度唇槍舌戰。台生會堅持，憲法保釋人民服公職權益，他們是中華民國國民，就有權利參加國家考試；而台灣醫學生聯合會則認為，大陸假學歷橫行、醫學內容和台灣有許多不同，也沒有完善的考評機制，未來如果放行採認，將衝擊國人健康。(陳映竹報導)

目前教育部排除採認大陸醫事相關領域學歷，高雄醫藥大學醫學系學生柳林瑋說，大陸學歷容易假造，醫事學歷制度混亂，有國中畢業直接就讀的，學制五花八門，入學和訓練過程都讓人質疑。「之前幾場公聽會中，台生會強力運作，希望教育部能堅持立場。」

台生會則是反駁，他們是中華民國國民，當然有資格回台考國考。「即使不承認也應該透過學力甄試，取得同等學力，而不是全盤封殺，我們對任何國家醫學系都沒有全盤封殺的案例！」一名孩子在大陸唸醫學院的家長表示，他們不像波蘭醫學生家長，要求回國就地合法直接考國考，為何政府不舉辦同等學力甄試、辦理實習，讓台生一樣有機會參加醫師國考。

與會的衛生署科長周道君則強調，衛生署照顧國人身心健康，對於大陸絕大多數醫學教育內容、訓練模式是否和台灣相容，衛生署目前仍不確定，因此暫時不把大陸的醫事領域納入採認學歷範圍中。
