醫簽1.5億本票獲釋 綁匪落網

桃園縣姜姓婦產科醫師十三日遭綁架，簽下一億五千萬元本票獲釋，警方昨天逮捕自稱某雜誌記者的嫌犯夏游騰傑，另有四名共犯在逃。

姜姓醫師的母親是助產士，前副總統呂秀蓮就是姜母接生，在地方頗有名望。

夏游騰傑供稱，幕後游姓大哥因與姜母有土地交易糾紛，才請他幫忙。警方查閱相關資料，發現他曾於九十四年參選花蓮縣議員，但只得五十四票。

警方表示，有債務糾紛的雖是姜母，但姜姓醫師的妻小從今年四月起，就陸續遭夏游騰傑等人挾持勒索，每次付款十到廿萬元不等後放回，這種情況至少已有三次，最後選定姜姓醫師本人下手。

警方昨天逮捕夏游騰傑時，還在他身上發現一本筆記本，裡面詳細記錄姜姓醫師獲釋後的行蹤；追查才發現，原來姜姓醫師車子早遭對方偷裝「衛星定位」（GPS），行蹤全被掌握。姜這才恍然大悟：「難怪從今年四月起，家人接連被綁」。

姜姓醫師向警方表示，他母親和對方的債務糾紛已進入司法程序，沒想到他與家人仍無法擺脫，三天兩頭被綁真的「生不如死」；為躲避對方，他被迫離開醫院，最後到同學的診所當駐診醫師，沒想到才去十三天仍被綁走，希望這次真的能「一勞永逸」。

警方調查，姜姓醫師原在桃園縣蘆竹鄉開業，因老家一再被騷擾而轉往桃園市一家醫院工作。

本月間，對方又派人朝他車窗亮槍比劃，當時姜曾向蘆竹警分局報案。本月十三日傍晚，姜家報案被綁架，簽了一億五千萬元本票姜才獲釋。

警方調閱通聯紀錄，發現五十三歲的夏游騰傑涉嫌，因發話地點在大溪鎮山區一帶，警方接連兩天派重兵在大溪埋伏，昨天中午把他逮捕，起出童軍繩、口罩等物。

夏游騰傑落網出示某雜誌記者證，表示他在該雜誌擔任特派記者期間，採訪過幕後游姓大哥，游主動和他聯繫，表明「好康」與他分享，「但需要他幫忙」。

雙方約定見面，游告知因姜母將兩億元土地交易全私吞，他非常不服氣，要從她兒子身上要回來，事成後會分紅。

夏游騰傑供稱，十三日下午，他趁姜醫師從龍潭婦產科下班時，與另四名同夥把姜強押上車，用膠帶等物品蒙眼押到大溪山區，逼姜簽下本票後釋放。
