一說正常 一說嚴重骨鬆！ 信誰啊？

為了瞭解骨質狀況，一位50多歲的婦女短短一個月內，到診所、衛生所、醫院接受骨密度檢測，卻得出三種不同結果。一份報告說結果正常，第二份報告說輕微骨鬆，最後一份卻顯示她嚴重骨鬆，讓她非常擔心焦慮。

台灣女人連線上午召開「骨鬆檢測到處做，政府把關在哪裡」記者會，立委黃淑英強烈要求，衛生署應著手建立骨鬆篩檢標準程序，在標準尚未制訂之前，民眾不要至一般診所或是戶外健檢活動，接受超音波檢查，因為做了只是增加民眾困擾。

到底國內骨質篩檢的情況有多混亂？台灣女人連線與10個婦女團體合作，深入各地，由志工媽媽至診所、衛生所或是戶外篩檢活動，接受骨質篩檢。

結果發現，超過半數的骨質篩檢只由一般護士操作，而非合格醫檢師。大部分骨質篩檢儀器都是超音波，即使是同一個人，檢測結果也大不相同。一名婦人篩檢了三次，結果居然都不一樣。

除了篩檢儀器準確率偏低，衛生署沒有統一制訂骨質疏鬆的定義，也造成民眾的困擾。例如，台北市某衛生所宣傳單張上寫著T值-1至-2之間，顯示骨質流失，增加骨折風險，但另一家衛生所卻認為是正常。

「免費」篩檢 誤差讓人恐慌

「免費骨密度篩檢！免費骨質疏鬆檢測！」黃淑英指出，坊間許多診所、或是販售健康食品的西藥房門口經常可見這類宣傳海報，藉此吸引消費者上門，但結果只會造成受測者恐慌、憂慮。

女人連線秘書長蔡苑芳批評，骨鬆篩檢已淪為行銷手段，利用「免費」二字來吸引民眾上門，但大多數儀器準確度偏低，以致結果誤差。如果覺得有疑問，最好到大醫院接受「雙能量X光吸收儀」（DXA）檢查。

中華民國骨質疏鬆學會秘書長黃兆山表示，依據世界骨鬆學會標準來看，「雙能量X光吸收儀」是準確度最高，檢查部位為髖骨及大腿骨。超音波則以手腕及腳踝為主，檢查結果容易有偏差。

不過，黃兆山認為，超音波儀器具有容易攜帶、沒有輻射等優點，篩檢結果仍可做為初步參考依據，但民眾不用盡信，如有疑問，仍須至大醫院做檢查。
