回診看報告、自費健保兩種價自費反倒便宜

到醫院檢查、看報告得分多次，民眾痛批重複繳掛號費、被剝兩層皮實在不合理，有民眾進一步舉出，到醫學中心回診單純看報告、沒有再接受任何診療，有院方作法會建議自費比較便宜，並未加收醫師診療費，但若是用健保，則要收取診療費的部份負擔，同樣的「回診看報告」一事，卻出現兩種付費價格型態，讓民眾付錢付的「霧沙沙」，讓人質疑的是如果只是例行檢查，用了健保還要多付費，也表示健保局也要再付醫師一筆診療費，這不也是納稅人的錢嗎？

不少患者都曾有過回診看報告、同療程還得再度被收取掛號費的經驗，許多人痛批是被剝兩層皮，實在不合理，除了回診被剝兩層皮，繳費時也常出現兩種計算方式價格，讓人一頭霧水。


一位民眾舉出，自己的先生固定每三個月定期回診到某醫學中心檢查監控攝護腺健康狀況，如果回診醫師沒再開藥或進一步檢查，離開診間要繳費時，醫學中心櫃臺會建議民眾考慮是否選擇自費比較省錢，自費約三百多元，比起採用健保計費方式四百多元划算，不過，卻不見得每家醫院都會如此徵詢病人意見、幫患者省錢，有些民眾，可能和自費者一樣都只是回診看報告，沒做其它任何醫療處置，按健保收費標準，比起自費要多花費約一百多元。


據了解，一般醫學中心收費標準，在沒有開藥、進行任何進一步檢驗的前提下，如果單純看報告選擇自費，民眾只需負擔「醫師診療費」以及「掛號費」約300多元，如果循健保收費標準，則需額外再多支付一項「部份負擔費用」，醫療院所依大小等級收費會有所不同，一般醫學中心部份負擔費用為360元，掛號費為100元，總計為460元，如果醫院收費櫃臺沒有徵詢民眾意見，原本可以讓民眾以自費方式省錢，同樣的回診看報告一事，卻可能讓民眾需要多付「部份負擔費用」項目。


不過，如果看報告後需要進一步檢查，或是醫師開藥，則依健保繳費標準計算當然會比起自費划算。
