狐臭令人困擾 解決方案分析比

夏天容易流汗，有狐臭問題的人格外感到困擾，其實目前有多種解決腋下異味的方法，記得選擇前做好功課，才能找到適合自己又有效的解決方式。若是以不開刀的方式來說，傳統的方法是採電針治療，缺點是疼痛度高、會造成色素沈澱；現在是以肉毒桿菌注射的方式進行，但是每次的治療效果約六個月左右，需要持續施打。

也有人選擇以雷射除毛的方式來破壞大汗腺，但效果不是很好，整形外科醫師劉明偉表示，藉由除毛的結果，減少細菌附著使得大汗腺分泌物被細菌分解的程度減少，味道自然也會減輕一些。原則上讓大汗腺數目減少或分泌量降低，才是較佳的治療選擇。

若是選擇開刀解決，傳統手術雖然有傷口長、癒合慢、恢復期長等問題，卻是效果較佳的一種方式，治療效果高達九成五以上；目前比較新的方式是以旋轉刮刀治療，只要一公分左右的傷口，就能進行大汗腺刮除手術，劉明偉表示，旋轉刮刀的治療效果有九成以上，因為恢復期短，可以早日返回工作崗位，受到比較多上班族的青睞。臨床上雖遇過十歲就來做狐臭治療手術的案例，一般還是建議在青春期以後再開刀，至於年紀最大到六十幾歲來開刀的人也有，不過最常來求助的，還是二、三十歲的上班族。

為了解決狐臭，臨床上也可以交感神經切斷術來治療，醫學美容醫師潘世斌並不建議這個作法，因為這種手術會導致下半身出汗量代償性增加，而且雖然上肢汗量減少，但是味道並沒有相對改善這麼多。另外，還能選擇以雷射溶脂加上大汗腺抽吸術的方式來治療，效果約在八成左右，其優點是傷口很小，只有0.1-0.3公分，對於工作與生活的影響程度能降到最低。對於某些不想有明顯傷口的人是另一福音。
