中輟生殺很大法律搶答痛宰名校生

高雄少年法院輔導的中輟少年「殺很大」團隊，參加法律搶答競賽，卻能痛擊雄中、南一中等名校，獲得預賽第一名，可惜複賽就碰上冠軍隊，以一題之差落敗。庭長陳美燕感到很滿意，決定在這星期日帶他們到高雄國賓飯店吃大餐，作為獎勵。


六月初這八名青少年組成「殺很大」隊伍，報名參加由仁愛之家舉辦的生活法律王搶答比賽，高中職組共一三九隊參賽，沒想到他們一路過關斬將，卻在複賽遭遇同樣由雄中組成的總冠軍隊，雙方實力在伯仲之間，最後一題答案是「偽造有價證券」，殺很大隊回答「偽造證券」，因此與冠軍擦身而過。

當時這些學生非常難過又不甘心，還想再比，但眾人對他們的表現已經感到很滿意，因為比賽問題包含民法、刑法，很多連調查保護官都答不出來，尤其參賽隊伍有雄中、雄女、南一中、南女中等名校，殺很大隊充分展現團隊精神，從原本為了三萬元獎金參賽，到最後為了榮譽而戰，讓調保官非常感動。


凌同學說，當時老師提醒，一定要等題目念完、選項念完再回答，絕不能用猜的，其中一題的第四選項還沒講完，他們就按鈴，當場回答「四、以上皆非」，現場觀眾發出驚叫聲，當時的心情只有一個字「爽」來形容。


複賽又對上雄中 一題之差落敗


陳同學說，複賽題目比初賽難很多，一開始雙方輪流答對題目，沒想到會敗在最後一題；孫同學說，除了刑法、民法，還有行政法、憲法，真的很難，不過他們做到了。


調保處組長陳毓偉說，這些少年大多是高職中輟生，因為不同案件來到少年法院接受輔導，比賽前問他們準備好沒，有沒有唸書，大家都回答沒有，一副漫不在乎的樣子，沒想到卻讓眾人跌破眼鏡，發現其實他們都有讀書，只是在裝酷。


庭長陳美燕指出，看到學生在比賽過程中運用策略，展現團隊合作精神，爭取時間對答，相當感動，原本兩年前就希望少年法院能組隊參賽，但眾人一致不看好，沒想到今年才成軍集訓三個月，成績竟出人意料，因此決定請他們吃大餐。


陳毓幃說，同學落敗後覺得很失落，不斷要求老師辦高中部比賽，甚至要求要跟雄中來一場ＰＫ賽，當時他們的情緒很難平復，只能藉由吃飯開導，告訴他們失敗沒關係，明年再組隊參加。
