紫外線強 單車男背部上百水泡

「嚇死人」！台東這幾天紫外線指數高達11、12級，騎單車環島的楊姓遊客，因買了劣質風衣，宛如揹著「烤箱」趴趴走，背上曬傷，起了上百個大小水泡，讓人目不忍睹。

這幾年單車旅行成為流行休閒活動，尤其是暑假期間，許多年輕人喜歡騎單車環島；不過有人疏忽防曬措施，皮膚嚴重曬傷。

住在台北的男子楊順智，日前從台北出發，沿著宜蘭、花蓮到台東，結果左右肩膀和雙手臂曬傷，大小水泡2、300個，楊順智只好穿著背心繼續前進，路人目不忍睹，楊順智卻說「不會痛」。

39歲的楊順智說，這是第一次騎單車環島旅行，前天在宜蘭買了一件299元風衣，昨天從花蓮到台東，感覺天氣很熱，於是穿上風衣防曬，未料不到1小時肩膀感到刺痛，脫下風衣請旁人看看狀況，才發現曬傷，起水泡，不過，感覺還好，可以繼續行程。

台東馬偕醫院護理師楊玉娟表示，楊姓男子選擇的風衣材質不好，加上流汗，不僅無法過濾紫外線，還像揹著「烤箱」般，建議民眾單車旅行最好選擇深色長袖衣服，衣服濕了就要換衣服。

楊玉娟說，曬傷皮膚會出現紅腫、疼痛、脫皮、起水泡等現象，嚴重的甚至會出現發燒、頭痛等情況。

台東縣政府環保局表示，紫外線指數超過3、4級，長久曝曬就會曬傷，如果10級以上，曬30分鐘就會受傷。

中央氣象局台東氣象站表示，台東這幾天的紫外線指數都在11、12級，尤其是上午10時至下午2時這段時間，民眾戶外活動要注意防曬。980728
