衛生署研擬醫師法施行細則界定實習認定標準

針對波蘭大學醫學和牙醫學學歷未來是否可以繼續報考專技考試，考選部次長董保城表示，衛生署正在制訂醫師法施行細則，明確規定醫學實習的認定標準。明年起就依照施行細則認定是否完成實習，以及是否可以參加國家考試。


今年第2次專技人員高等考試醫師、牙醫師考試及醫師分試考試第一試，持波蘭大學醫學系、牙醫學系學歷報考者，考選部採取「暫准報名、緩發考試及格證書」處理，其中應考人考試及格後，必須在國內經評鑑合格的教學醫院實習期滿成績及格，才可以發給及格證書。並且 高考醫師分試考試第一試及格者，也應先完成實習，才可應第二試。應考人同時必須簽署行政契約，同意暫准報考、緩發及格證書的處理方式，否則不准報考。考選部次長董保城表示，醫師、牙醫師專技高考學歷由教育部認定、實習由衛生署認定，考選部則是負責考題，從95年開始持波蘭大學醫學、牙醫學學歷的考生開始參加國家考試一直都是准許報考。但是到去年9月隨著新舊考試委員交接之後，發現醫學實習認定還沒有明確規範。而衛生署正在研擬的醫師法施行細則將會針對醫學實習清楚界定 。


考選部強調，有關波蘭醫學學歷報考專技高考，所以權宜措施僅止於這次考試。明年起無論國內外醫學學歷都一體適用衛生署的醫學實習認定標準。
