「當然怕怕的呀！」台北捷運木柵內湖線前天大當機，讓不少乘客心理蒙上陰影。木柵內湖線今天上午營運正常，捷運公司擔心昨天車門「關門夾人」的狀況重演，在每列車第1節車廂加派隨車服務員，個個神色嚴謹、眼觀八方，有乘客竊竊私語稱，「大概是準備隨時幫忙開車門用的」。

木柵內湖線上午營運正常，此外，木柵內湖捷運沿線各站月台間，都有站務人員引導乘客上下車，劍南路站的一名女性工作人員笑咪咪服務，但問到她上午碰到那些狀況時，她從頭到尾都笑而不答，也刻意避開攝影鏡頭。

由於木柵內湖線狀況連連，一對住南港的闕姓夫婦上午帶著兒子要去內湖美麗華，先生說他「會怕」；太太補充說，她有心理準備，「隨時要走(軌道)下來」。

這對夫婦抵達內湖線劍南路站時，一旁市府副秘書長譚國光正舉行記者會，他們像其他旅客一樣，看了都搖搖頭。闕太太說，內湖線沿線風景之美，令人彷彿置身國外，但才開始營運就發生當機停擺的烏龍，讓市民大眾失望透了。

一位林小姐說，沒想到內湖線車廂這般狹窄，還好沿線風光不錯，大家人擠人，都朝車窗外望，紓解煩悶情緒。
