自由職業團體會務人員 7/1起勞基法保障

(中央社記者馮昭台北29日電)繼社會團體工作人員於5月1日納入勞動基準法保障後，受僱於會計師、藥師公會等2621個自由職業團體的會務人員，將於7月1日起適用勞基法各項勞動權益保障。


行政院勞工委員會表示，自由職業團體指的是醫師、會計師、船長、藥師和新聞記者等專業人員組織的團體。也就是受僱於船長公會、藥師公會、土地登記專業代理人公會和新聞記者公會等19類公會或聯合會的會務人員，7月1日起可獲得勞基法保障。


勞委會近年持續採分階段公告指定適用方式，擴大勞基法保障範圍。民國92年至94年納入政黨、勞工團體和全國性政治團體；今年已有工商業團體和社會團體工作人員納入適用；在自由職業團體後，受僱於國合會、228基金會等依立法院通過組織條例設立基金會的工作人員將於9月1日起適用勞基法。


勞委會估計，全台還有約20萬名在藝文業、傳教機構和農民團體工作的受僱者未獲勞基法保障，預計今年底前會完成擴大適用評估。980629
