「經營之神」王永慶辭世後，台塑王家的內鬥似乎愈演愈烈。王永慶長子王文洋日前曾在聲明書中爆料，家族成員大多是美國公民，今（1）日又有平面媒體報導，王文洋在訴訟狀中竟質疑父親「死亡時間及狀況不明」，但他並未提出質疑理由。

《蘋果日報》今日報導，王文洋上個月向美國紐澤西州高等法院遞狀，要求法官公佈王永慶遺產總額，同時指定他為遺產管理人，承審法官在台北時間5月27日發文，將在6月19日召開審前聽證會。

報導指出，在訴訟狀中，王文洋認為父親王永慶驟逝前兩天，多半在紐澤西住處會見台塑集團高層跟家族成員，且這次旅途沒讓醫療團隊隨行，相當罕見；他甚至質疑，父親實際上在死亡證明的死亡時間好幾個小時前就已經死亡。對此台塑集團高層以「創辦人私人家事」為由不願回應。

王永慶過世後，遺產風波似乎愈演愈烈，王文洋跨海提告除代表他個人、也代表父親大房王月蘭，但背後還有內幕，也就是王文洋向美國高院提出的民事訴訟狀中，清楚載明他於2005年取得大房王月蘭委託授權行使權利，可以支配她名下財產和可繼承王永慶的所有遺產。

據指出，王永慶的海外資產高達台幣約2780億，其中包括百慕達群島及美國境外信託基金等，加上原本浮出檯面的資產，王永慶遺留的總資產高達台幣約3336億台幣（102億美元）。
