生男秘訣 中醫：調理體質 西醫：精蟲分離

生男生女一樣好，可是非得一定要生男生有沒有方式？中醫說，其實可以從體質著手，像是女性多吃蔬果加上中藥調理，像是兔絲子、肉從蓉以及枸杞，可以提升生男的機率；西醫的話更直接，用精蟲分離術拉高一舉得男的機會。


要怎麼增加生男的機率？中醫師說，可以從調體質著手，以女性來說，四物湯兔絲子、肉從蓉、巴戟天加上枸杞，對於補氣、補血、補腎有所幫助。中醫師陳俊明表示，「女生要調整比較偏鹼性的體質，也要稍微補血、補氣還有補腎的方法，讓生殖功能暢旺。」


精蟲的活動力大小與染色體XY有關，理論上，男性帶有Y染色體的精蟲在鹼性環境存活率較大，因此除了靠中醫調理，飲食上，男性可以多吃海鮮，女性可以多吃蔬果類外，西醫也有科學方法。


婦產科醫師鄭丞傑表示，「因為Y精蟲通常比較快，X精蟲跑得比較慢，利用這樣(精蟲分離)原理，讓它逐漸分開來。」不過，精蟲分離術成功機率只有8成，並非百分之百，醫師建議生男生女還是順其自然最好。(新聞來源：東森新聞記者徐敬芸、許家驥)

感謝. 結果... 他們已經看過這一張方子了.. 好像也面臨抓不到藥 的窘境.
其實. 當初我也問過他們為何不去作 sperm seleciton : "怕傷到蟲蟲"
... 唉.. 吃下肚子的驗方不怕傷到蟲蟲蛋蛋.. ?
只能說.. 家家有本傷腦筋
