喝調味乳製品補充鈣質? 小心攝取過多糖份

孩子發育成長需要攝取足夠的鈣質，一般鮮奶是最好的選擇，不過也有家長會配合孩子的喜好選擇調味乳或優酪乳，營養師表示，這類乳製品通常含糖量都比較高，建議家長挑選時多加注意營養成份，並搭配其他含糖量較低的餐點，避免孩子攝取過多糖份。


衛生署建議的鈣質攝取量，7到9歲的孩童為800毫克，10到12歲為1000毫克，而一杯240C.C.的牛奶約可提供250毫克的鈣質，只要每天飲用兩杯，再搭配飲食就可以達到衛生署建議的攝取量。


不過，市面上販售的許多調味乳製品，口味多元，都比鮮奶吸引孩子，有些產品強調牛奶成分高，讓家長誤以為這些調味乳製品和鮮奶有相同的營養量，營養師張惠萍表示，一杯調味乳的含鈣量，只有鮮奶的40％，稀釋性乳酸發酵乳的含鈣量更少，只有30％，但是含糖量都比鮮奶多出三倍以上，如果要從調味乳製品補充鈣質，要注意的糖分攝取。


營養師張惠萍表示，優酪乳、發酵乳含有益生菌對小朋友的腸道健康有幫助，也是不錯的飲品，建議家長在挑選時可以選擇含糖量較低的產品，搭配的餐點也可以用包子、三明治和蔬果來代替蛋糕、奶酥麵包等甜食，避免孩子攝取過多糖份，產生肥胖問題。
