〔編譯管淑平／綜合報導〕以往有案例顯示，夢遊症患者會在睡夢中開車、煮飯，現在美國一篇報告提出據信是夢遊中會上網發電子郵件的首例，這種症狀已被稱為「夢中發信」（Zzz-mailing）。


症狀稱為「夢中發信」


美國托雷多大學在最新一期「睡眠醫學」期刊提出這個案例，主角是一名四十四歲婦女，她在大約晚上十點上床睡覺，但在兩小時後起身夢遊，走到隔壁房間，打開電腦並連上網路，甚至在睡夢中照樣能輸入使用者名稱、密碼，登入她的電子郵件帳號，然後寫了三封電郵，邀請朋友到家裡喝酒、吃美食開趴。


這三封郵件每一封的大小寫混雜、格式不完整，語法也很奇怪。例如：「明天來這裡，把這鬼地方好好整頓一下。下午四點，吃飯喝酒，只能帶酒和魚子醬。」另一封只寫著「什麼…。」


這種夢遊症的新症狀已被稱為「夢中發信」。神經學家指出，與單純夢遊不同的是，這名婦女在夢遊中還能完成一連串需要協調性動作的複雜行為，包括打字輸入正確帳號密碼、撰寫並順利發出電子郵件等，實在令人不可思議。報告說，這是「過去從未披露過的夢遊症狀。」


該名婦女直到一名收到信的友人隔天打電話給她確認出席時，才驚覺自己居然在夢中發信，「她看到這些電子郵件時非常驚訝，因為她根本不記得寫過這些信。」報告說，她從沒有過「夜驚」（Night-terror）或夢遊的前例。醫師懷疑，她會夢遊可能與吃的藥有關，但還無法確定原因。


夢遊通常持續數分鐘到半小時，出現的行為各有不同，包括單純地坐在床上、穿衣服、四處走動，嚴重的如開車、煮飯，少數案例會出現暴力行為，甚至性侵害等重大暴力。
