蔣孝嚴提修兵役法 國防部反對

國民黨立委蔣孝嚴提案修改兵役法，放寬役男到中國唸書的規定，11日上午初審，國防部擔心台灣門戶大開，持反對意見，民進黨立委也認為，修法一旦通過，等於鼓勵大家到中國唸書、變相承認中國學歷，目前配套措施不完全，不適合修法。


備詢的明明是國防部，但綠營立委砲口對準的卻是台下的蔣孝嚴，蔣孝嚴變成箭靶，是因為他提案修改兵役法，把經過核准赴中國投資的台商和員工子弟，役齡前3年必須和父母住在中國，役男必須就讀正式學校等三項規定拿掉，綠營立委擔心這等於變相承認中國學歷，國防部也反對。


國防部不支持，蔣孝嚴上台也不質詢了，趕緊再說明一次，國防部堅持反對立場，讓兵役法修法初審草草結束，但國民黨在立法院佔絕對多數，不知道下一次國防部還撐不撐得住。
