一杯焦糖瑪琪朵熱量 幾近於一個便當

一名台大醫院醫師幾乎每天早上都會飲用一杯焦糖瑪琪朵咖啡，沒想到，連續喝了兩年，體重直線上升，胖了10多公斤，血壓也變高了。自覺不對勁，查了一下，才知道可能是每天一杯高熱量的咖啡，讓他成為心血管疾病的高危險群。


該名醫師表示，自從某知名咖啡連鎖店進駐台大後，他習慣早晨喝一杯焦糖瑪奇朵咖啡，再配上麵包，一頓美味可口的早餐，可以提振精神，工作起來更有活力。


每天1杯 2年胖10公斤


不知不覺中，養成了早餐喝咖啡的習慣，兩年下來，身材變形，爆肥十多公斤。有一天，他帶著實習醫師巡視病房，順便在護理站量血壓，收縮壓竟然高到140毫米汞柱，當場嚇了一跳。


從那天起，他力行減重計畫，養成運動習慣，飲食上，更是忌口，少油、少糖。更重要的是，他發現光是一杯焦糖瑪琪朵咖啡的熱量就高得嚇人，一杯大杯的熱量達320大卡，幾近於一個便當，因此，他盡量少喝焦糖瑪琪朵咖啡。


經過近一年的努力，他的體重回到原本的70多公斤，血壓、血脂也恢復正常。至於最愛的咖啡，則淺嚐即止，且盡量挑選少糖、少熱量的咖啡。


心肌梗塞 不是高齡、胖子專利


台大醫院心臟內科主治醫師何奕倫表示，最近一兩年的門診顯示，30多歲即罹患心肌梗塞的患者越來越多，主要族群就是壓力沈重、不運動的外食族，盡管不是很胖，但血脂、血壓卻異常偏高。


以往接受冠狀動脈血管繞道手術患者，幾乎都是高齡民眾，但現在30、40歲就接受繞道手術的個案卻稀鬆平常，主要原因就在於未來妥善控制膽固醇致動脈粥狀硬化。


何奕倫表示，飲食、運動是降低膽固醇的兩大方法，以該名台大醫師為例，每天攝取一杯高熱量的咖啡，日積月累，就攝取了過多的熱量。


何奕倫指出，類似個案層出不窮，他曾收治一名30多歲的男子在修繕房屋時，太太順手餵他一顆麻糬，不料卻被噎著，就醫急救，才發現竟然是心肌梗塞。外表看起來不胖的他，膽固醇卻明顯偏高，導致心肌梗塞。


高熱量飲食 千萬不要天天吃


何奕倫提醒，拿鐵、焦糖瑪琪朵等咖啡，以及珍珠奶茶都屬於高熱量的飲食，民眾可不能天天喝。另外，也不能天天吃蛋，因為一顆蛋的膽固醇就超過三百毫克，等於美國心臟學會所建議一天攝取膽固醇量的上限。民眾，應該定時抽血，檢查膽固醇。若有異常，要及早治療。
