金門衛生局長王漢志昨晚酒後，對衛福部金門醫院急診專科醫師暴力推擊，金門縣政府對此表示，「暴力行為不可原諒」、「急診暴力零容忍」，施暴者具有公務人員身分，縣府將依調查結果，盡速依法做適當處理。

王漢志向媒體坦承有動手，因為他哥哥掛急診，等得有點久，去問醫師後用手撥了醫師，有了摩擦。他向被害人表達歉意。據了解，他曾任金門醫院副院長，2017年3月1日調任現職。

金門縣政府強調，「醫療暴力決不可原諒」、「急診暴力零容忍」，該案為公訴案件，當事人已向金門縣警察局金湖分局報案，縣府尊重警察局對於偵察程序的進行，警察局會依規定函送金門地方檢察署偵辦。

金門縣衛生局長王漢志昨晚陪家人赴金門醫院急診室就診，不滿陳姓醫師醫療處置當場連飆髒話。衛褔部官員形容「舉世首見」；縣長楊鎮浯只表示「儘速依法做適當處理」。

衛生褔利部醫院管理委員會執行長王必勝發表聲明表示，若醫院未依程序通報各單位，將會處罰醫院；並說「當地衛生局局長對在當地醫院急診室醫師施暴，應是舉世首見」。

另外，金門醫院則是由副院長李錫鑫回應表示，「院方維護急診室人員工作安全一直是我們的目標」。金門醫院、金門縣警局長張國雄今天都已向縣長楊鎮浯報告，由於全案為公訴案，陳姓醫師也完成報案，受理報案的金湖警分局將傳喚王漢志製做筆錄後，將全案移送金門檢方偵辦。

至於是否對王漢志有所懲處，縣府回應已由人事單位調查，下午發布新聞稿、縣府祕書長陳朝金受訪，兩度表達「急診暴力零容忍」態度。楊鎮浯只透過機要表示，「施暴者如具有公務人員身份，將依調查結果儘速依法做適當的處理」。

金門縣政府與金防部昨晚在昇恆昌金湖飯店舉行中秋節軍民聯歡會。王漢志接受中央社記者訪問時坦承席間喝了點酒，回家後得知哥哥因膽道閉鎖發燒在醫院急診而趕赴醫院。王漢志到了醫院，哥哥告知等待多時都沒有醫師前來處理。

王漢志表示，經詢問急診專科陳姓醫師，與對方言詞不愉快，他輕輕用手推開對方，造成對方以為他施暴。王漢志坦承自己行為不佳，表示願意找時間向對方道歉。

依外流媒體的影片，王現場的脫序行為，包括滿口髒話、推擊陳姓醫師，當對方說「你不能推我」時，王還繼續嗆「你是在怕三小」等語。
