醫生擺爛欠稅連通行費都不繳 執行署查封診所

法務部行政執行署宜蘭分署近期就積欠ETC通行費大戶專案執行，列管基隆及宜蘭欠費前20名大戶名單，欠費金額從4萬元至12萬元不等，配合其他12分署於今日展開同步執行，名列第9名的一名醫生所開設的診所已遭宜蘭分署查封，遲遲不出面解決，宜蘭分署已決定近期將進行拍賣，且不排除將採取更激烈的執行手段。

宜蘭分署今指出，列管欠費大戶這名醫生在宜蘭縣開設診所，除積欠ETC通行費5萬2243元外，還積欠個人綜合所得稅5萬3669元、地價稅3052元、使用牌照稅1萬2914元、交通罰單2703元，總欠費將近12萬元。

宜蘭分署前已多次發文命令其到分署報告財產狀況及繳納欠款，這名醫生均置之不理，迫使宜蘭分署祭出查封不動產之強烈執行手段，本周三由行政執行官親自率隊至醫生所開設的診所張貼封條，查封時並未遇到醫生，事後得知當時其正外出行醫，顯示其確實有在執行醫生業務。

分署指出，身為醫生竟然擺爛積欠國家大筆稅費，為遏止欠費歪風蔓延且維護社會公義，已決定近期將拍賣其診所，且不排除對楊姓醫生採取更激烈的執行手段，例如限制出境或拘提管收，絕不寬貸。

分署表示，這名醫生在診所被查封後，與宜蘭分署連絡，表示昨天要分期繳納，但昨天並未現身，又表示今天會去，分署希望他繳清。

宜蘭分署提醒，欠繳ETC通行費，如經通知補繳仍不繳納，將會被裁處罰鍰，欠繳通行費及罰鍰都將移送法務部行政執行署各執行分署進行強制執行。若民眾忘記繳費或遺失單據，可向交通部臺灣區國道高速公路局各區工程處查詢欠費及繳費，如案件已移送執行，請儘速向各執行分署聯繫，以免存款、薪水、車輛或不動產遭查扣，得不償失。
