才出生3天，女嬰就月經來潮？這個罕見個案真的發生了！接生過上萬個嬰兒的醫師就說，這是母體賀爾蒙的影響，以往文獻頂多看過女嬰乳房腫脹，還有分泌物變多，但月經來潮真是前所未見！可以確定的是，這是正常現象，嬰兒也很健康，未來這個個案，還有可能投稿登上國際文獻！
才出生3天，小女娃竟然下體出血，新手媽媽嚇了一大跳！女娃母親：「幫他換尿布的時候，然後看到…，就發現有血跡，就會很擔心小孩子是不是有問題。」 醫師趕緊進行詳細的檢查和超音波，發現這是超級罕見的女嬰月經來潮，接生過上萬個嬰兒，第一次見到這樣罕見的個案！連醫師都嘖嘖稱奇。婦產科醫師尹長生：「在文獻上很少見，一般是生理性，大家都知道，但是很少碰到，幾十年來很少碰到應該是提早來月經，提早來月經，這個月經叫做生理性的回饋出血。」

純粹是接收到母體的賀爾蒙，導致女嬰出生短短3天就突然「轉大人」，還得用衛生護墊天天更換。尹長生：「一般頂多分泌物變多，乳頭會脹脹的現象，但是真正來月經的還是沒看過，這個娃娃同時做超音波、腹部超音波，也看到她有卵巢水泡。」

不過卵巢水泡沒多久就會消失，月經大約過10天也會停止，至於會不會有不好的影響，或是女嬰長大會不會提前更年期？醫師說放心啦，這只是短暫出血狀況，未來女嬰絕對健康，也考慮讓這個罕見個案，投稿國外文獻，讓未來遇上相同狀況的父母，也能安心一下！
