部分負擔的調整確實有讓部分患者有感，但由於決定去掛號的當下也許不知要多少錢，又或許沒其他門診可看(半夜)，或者沒信任的長期看診的家庭醫師，再加上過度期待，以為到急診就可以得到答案(心悸鑑別診斷包羅萬象，時常沒有辦法在短時間給一個確定的答案)，或許才導致病患還是選擇了急診處理這樣的問題吧。
