年金改革當中勞保也有變化，勞保費率目前研擬從百分之10增加到百分之18，勞保的天花板拉也可能拉高，從4萬5800千元推升到4萬8500千元，而且勞資雙方要平均分擔，以月薪4萬8千元以上的民眾來說，一個月從9百多元要增加到繳3千多元，差距很大！而且有勞團說，費率調高恐怕影響薪資凍漲。



年金改革勞保也跟著要多繳嗎？有勞工團體建議把勞保天花板拉高，勞工得要多繳一點。

副總統陳建仁vs.主持人周玉蔻：「如果要從45800再高一點的話，48500的時候，那他們希望勞方付出的百分比能夠高一點。」

費率一改，關乎你我每個月，要從薪水扣多少到勞保基金，勞保拉高天花板，資方要求五五比，舊制費率以最高的45800試算，保費繳916元，調整到18趴拉高到48500，又跟資方平均分攤的話，要繳4365元差距不小，以大學研究助理來看，對他們有影響嗎？

台大社科系研究助理：「有影響的是比較高階勞工的部分，也就是這邊級距是4萬3千9百的這些人。」

年資淺的研究助理沒什麼差別，不過未來薪資調升，依然有可能繳更多，勞資雙方比例調整，讓基層助理覺得被剝層皮。

台灣勞工陣線秘書長孫友聯：「雇主都是抱怨假的，他全部都會轉嫁到勞工的身上，我現在負擔七三比，負擔百分之70、百分之80還是負擔百分之50，最後我還是轉嫁到你身上，因為我2年不調薪。」

多幾塊也是多，年輕人多繳勞保，雖然副總統再度保證30年不會倒，不過費率改了真的沒有擔憂了嗎？

社民黨總召范雲：「這還是會有擔心各別年金破產的危機，所以我們有長遠眼光的話，職業年金應該也要考慮整合。」

縮小差距避免破產，不過目前勞資雙方還在為了費率比例拉扯，政府還得居中協調。
