醫院旁嬤昏倒 急診護士救人慢吞吞

冷血急診室！新北市一名老太太突倒在街頭上，路人見狀紛伸援手，其中有一名女大生急忙前往不到四十公尺遠的中英醫院急診室求救，沒想到醫院人員表現十分冷淡，且走路還不疾不徐，女大生急喊：「用跑的啊！」護士也不理會，令人氣結，到場也只會用看的，根本沒幫上忙。女大生將此事po網，要求網友轉寄同聲斥責這種不專業的醫院及醫護人員。對此，院方表示，若護士態度讓民眾觀感不佳，查證屬實絕不護短。

這名熱血女大生陳憶文（二十歲）、就讀致理科技大學二年，本周日下午一時許，她行經新北市板橋區文化路驚見老婦蔡金枝（七十四歲）昏倒路中，其夫嚇得不知所措，有路人幫忙打一一九，她則就近跑到中英醫院求救。

挨罵還不為所動

陳憶文說，當時急著對院內人員說：「有人昏倒了，可以快點來幫忙嗎？」但對方態度冷淡，僅把手指向一旁說：「急診室在那邊！」她著急地奔到急診室，裡面有兩名護士、沒有醫師，她重述事發狀況後，即轉身跑出去，未料回頭一看，發現在她後面的護士卻是慢慢走，她氣得大叫：「用跑的啊！有人昏倒了耶，快點啦！」這名護士仍不為所動，慢步前往。
最讓陳女生氣的是，這名護士到場，也僅問昏倒婦人是否有呼吸，是否已經叫救護車，其餘時間就在一旁彎腰觀看，沒有任何急救措施、沒詢問家屬病史紀錄。反而是在旁幫忙的中年男子，看起來比護士專業，大約過五分鐘，另一名護士才拿氧氣瓶前來給氧，「用跑的不用一分鐘，為何拖這麼久？」之後蔡婦被救護車送往亞東醫院急救，至今仍在加護病房觀察。
婦人蔡金枝在書局前昏倒，距離中英醫院不到40公尺。



網友批殘害生命

陳女不滿中英醫院醫護人員的不專業，除了當場拍照，還把此事po網，有網友怒罵：「現在的醫師護士執照太好拿，根本在殘害別人生命，要是今天躺在地上的是她阿嬤，我看她會不會慢慢走！」



醫院將追查懲處

中英醫院公關魏宜蘭表示，當時護士先行前往，醫師隨後也到場處置，急救過程有認知上的差異，讓民眾認為醫護人員無所作為，院方能理解也會虛心接受，院方會再進行了解，若查證屬實一定懲處失責人員，也會加強院內教育，希望同事能顧及社會觀感，並以同理心相待病患。
