衛署表示 醫美診所不得擅自宣稱專科

鑑於坊間不少醫美診所擅自宣稱自己是「醫美專科醫師」、「抗老化專科醫師」等名稱，衛生署醫事處簡任視察周道君今天指出，截至目前為止，衛署只核准整形外科、皮膚科為法定的專科醫師別，而未取得專科醫師執照而擅用專科醫師名稱的診所，可處3~15萬元罰鍰。
周道君並表示，該署分析最近醫學美容服務糾紛的主要原因，分別是醫療收費金額差距很大、誇大不實之醫療廣告、以及執業人員資格未充分揭露，尤其是醫美治療項目有許多屬自費項目，如果沒有事先談妥價格，事後恐徒生糾紛。
因此，為保障民眾就醫權益，衛署重申，各醫療機構收取醫療費用，應依醫療法規定，報經地方衛生主管機關核定，不得擅立收費項目，且其自費收費事項應以公告或張貼等方式揭示於機構（含設有網站者之網站）明顯處，以利民眾查閱。
