各位醫界朋友，您好：
目前正值流感流行期，因應疫情控制需要，疾管局已放寬公費抗病毒藥劑使用條件(使用對象條件如附件1)，對於使用條件中有關「高燒持續48小時」與「流感患者之共同居住成員有類流感症狀者」之定義，請醫師依病患主訴與臨床判斷後，詳實記載於病歷即可。只要經醫生臨床評估並符合公費用藥任一條件，即可依專業開具公費抗病毒藥劑；而快篩檢驗是醫師診斷的工具之一，並非公費流感抗病毒藥劑使用條件。本局籲請臨床醫師提高警覺，善用公費流感抗病毒藥物，及早給予需要患者使用，以減少疾病傳播及重症與死亡的發生。
為因應農曆春節期間可能的流感疫情高峰期之用藥需求，本局除已擴增公費藥劑配置點達2,295家，且正持續增加中，如 貴院所非公費藥劑配置院所，請向就醫民眾妥為說明後，轉介病患到合約配置點，本局已製作「公費流感抗病毒藥劑合約醫療院所」紅布條提供公費藥劑配置合約醫療院所懸掛，民眾可藉以辨識配置點。配置點名單公布於疾管局首頁(http://www.cdc.gov.tw)與流感防治網(http://flu.cdc.gov.tw/ct.asp?xItem=1608 ... 年度合約配置點一覽表」)。若您有意加入本局公費流感抗病毒藥劑合約醫療院所，請向當地縣市衛生局申請加入公費藥劑配置點。

目前所使用之公費克流感藥物，已經衛生署食品藥物管理局嚴格審查評估後給予7年效期，藥效安全無虞。依本局監測資料，抗流感病毒藥劑對正流行的A、B型流感病毒均有效，請惠予協助向一般民眾說明，並提供民眾相關用藥資訊。

請醫師於臨床看診時，除開立處方流感抗病毒藥劑外，也應注意病患是否併發後續細菌性感染，如遇疑似流感併發症早期危險徵兆的患者，包含出現呼吸短促、呼吸困難、發紺、血痰或痰液變濃、胸痛、意識改變、低血壓或高燒持續72小時以上等症狀時，請提供適當處置或轉介至適當醫院治療。

流感疫情進入高峰期，籲請民眾及醫界加強防範，共同防治流感

衛生署疾病管制局公布新增4例流感併發症死亡病例，分別為居住苗栗縣73歲女性、新北市10個月大女童，以及高雄市52歲男性與85歲女性，其中3例成人分別具有糖尿病、心臟病、肝硬化、巴金森氏症及喉癌復發等慢性病史，而女童則患有川崎症。

4例個案中，除女童曾接種流感疫苗外，其餘均未接種流感疫苗，發病後分別因心肺衰竭、肺炎及敗血性休克等因素死亡；感染病毒型別1例為AH3 (73歲女性)，3例為B型。

為降低感染流感後併發嚴重併發症之機率，衛生署再度呼籲家中若有發生流感併發症之高危險族群，如嬰幼兒、年長者及具慢性疾病患者，應提高警覺，加強防範，感染流感後因病程發展快速，須特別注意是否出現流感危險徵兆（如呼吸短促、呼吸困難、發紺、血痰或濃痰、胸痛、意識改變、低血壓或高燒持續72 小時等），如有上述病徵應即刻前往適當醫院治療，掌握複雜疾病之黃金治療時間。

為能及時提供藥劑，該署疾病管制局已請縣市衛生局擴增公費流感抗病毒藥劑配置點達2,512家，民眾如有需求，可洽所在地衛生局查詢，或撥打24小時免費防疫諮詢專線「1922」詢問。

依據疾管局流感疫情監測資料顯示，本年流感季累計共523例流感併發症確定病例(去年同期790例)，其中24例死亡(去年同期80例)，流感併發症發生率為每百萬人口22.6，死亡率為1.0，疫情進入高峰期。衛生署呼籲民眾勿輕忽流感嚴重性，並重申凡經醫師判定符合公費藥劑用藥條件者(如附件一)，無須快篩即可由醫師處方公費藥劑；另籲請醫師於看診時，留意流感病程之可能樣態(附件二)，注意危險徵兆，妥善處理複雜醫療問題，以降低患者發生嚴重併發症及死亡的風險，共同防治流感。
