一名黃姓男子，17日下午因為停車糾紛遭人砍殺，到署立基隆醫院就醫，院方希望他轉診到長庚，黃姓男子打算在醫院門口撘救護車，沒想到當場被拒絕，他表示救護車本來就該載送病患，竟然要他搭計程車轉診，讓他無法接受。

黃姓男子躺在病床上，左臉用紗布包紮，頭部也遭重擊，17日他因為停車糾紛被人砍，到署立基隆醫院就醫，黃姓男子手拿毛巾，壓著左臉的傷口止血，醫師建議轉到長庚就診，傷勢嚴重的男子看到門口有救護車，想搭乘卻被院方拒絕，傷者家屬覺得完全沒道理。

不過院方出面解釋，門口的救護車是剛載其他病患到院，車上設備未經消毒整理，並非不給搭乘，傷者家屬認為醫院把兒子當人球，質疑救護體系有問題，但醫院表示黃姓男子傷勢嚴重，家屬又緊張，還沒聽清楚院方的說法就離開，絕對沒有拒載的問題。
