腹藏近7公斤卵巢腫瘤 以為是變胖

南投縣草屯一名56歲邱姓婦人日前因腹痛就醫，檢查才發現她的腹部長了一個巨大卵巢腫瘤。昨天手術取出，腫瘤近7公斤重、直徑為33公分，且已壓迫到橫膈膜，醫師認為，她應該會覺得心臟不舒服，但邱婦卻說：「一切都還算正常。」


南投佑民醫院醫師賴瑞益指出，邱姓婦人從24歲生完最後一胎後，就不曾上過婦產科，連子宮頸抹片檢查都不曾做過。她自認身體健康，因此近來肚子變大，她還以為是上夜班吃太多消夜而變胖；昨日她在手術後，接受訪問表示：「前些日子覺得會比以前喘一點點，但也以為是變胖，才會比較喘。」


昨天醫護人員將從邱婦腹中取出的腫瘤，拿給她的丈夫和兒女看時，他們都不敢相信，看起來一切正常的邱婦，居然長了一個比巨嬰還大的腫瘤。


賴瑞益表示，邱姓婦人是在端午節假期時，腹部覺得有一點點脹脹的，當時她並不在意，一直到上週六，才感覺肚子又脹又痛而掛急診，經電腦斷層掃描，發現卵巢裡有一個20多公分長的腫瘤，因此排定昨日動手術，想不到取出來的腫瘤比掃描估計的直徑還大了10多公分。


賴瑞益表示，這個腫瘤長這麼大，應經過一大段時間，若再不處理，怕腫瘤會破掉。至於是惡性或良性？要等病理報告才能確定。惟依常理研判，良性腫瘤的可能性較大。


他也提醒婦女朋友，最好每年做子宮頸抹片檢查時，順便做一次腹部超音波，以了解有無長腫瘤。
