降血脂第一名藥物 驚爆偽藥流入市面

〔記者吳亮儀／台北報導〕降膽固醇必備藥物「冠脂妥」驚爆有偽藥在市面上流傳！食品藥物管理署傍晚召開記者會，指出有一批編號「MV503」的冠脂妥經確認是偽藥，目前已由檢調介入調查。

食藥署副組長遲蘭慧說，這批偽藥流向、數量不明，這項訊息是前天由「台灣阿斯特捷利康」公司通報，啟動稽查後確認是偽藥，但目前流入市面的數量都不清楚。該公司也是經由藥師公會通報，因此才得知。

經食藥署初步對藥品作檢驗，有一項成分「Atrovastatin」不該出現在冠脂妥裡的，至於有無其它不該出現的成分，目前還未檢驗出來。

台北醫學大學附設醫院心臟內科主任黃群耀說，「Atrovastatin」也是降血脂和膽固醇的成分，但效用沒有那麼好，但呼籲民眾若拿到的是偽藥，就別再吃了。

黃群耀說，服用降膽固醇藥物是慢性治療，若民眾發現拿到的是偽藥，先停止服用一兩天等藥局或醫院開診後再去拿，對健康不會有礙。

遲蘭慧說，偽藥的藥盒外包裝印刷有些不一樣，但非常難以辨認，只能從批號來分辨，目前確認「MV503」是偽藥。

冠脂妥是非常常見的降血脂藥物，是去年健保署統計最常用的藥品。

遲蘭慧說，目前全案已移送新北地方法院檢察署辦理，依照藥事法規定，製造販售偽藥將可處七年以下有期徒刑，或是併科5000萬以下罰金。

話說是社區藥師調劑是發現的，但社區藥師不是調自家藥局進的藥？

為了迎合用藥大量的醫院，藥廠為了生存只能低頭，而不肖廠商正好看上這點，用更便宜的原物料做成偽藥，賣給醫療院所謀利。

沈采穎建議衛福部，應藉此機會，訂出合理的藥品價格，維持減價在15％以下，給予醫院藥品耗損的成本，讓醫院不得任意砍價，杜絕以藥養醫現象。

「不知道食藥署在幹嘛」，王宗道直言，食藥署不能只是罰錢了事，卻沒有任何管制機制，否則這次個案血脂肪是慢性長期的影響，一旦是血糖、或是血壓的偽藥流入市場，對患者來說就非常危險。
