熱中暑與馬拉松!

媒體報導"Color run...?",這些路跑是商業活動,政府部門跟著做商業活動,還不自覺?!
以美國為例::辦理馬拉松活動,至少要有紅 黃 藍旗表示環境熱危險度!!!,在夏季要對馬拉松路跑沿線醫院,辦理熱傷害的講習!!!......
政府(衛生部)或專業醫師團體(急診醫學會?!)都應該(必須)做的!!!.....
沙烏地阿拉伯對麥加朝聖(因回曆不同於年曆,所以隔幾年會遇到夏季--極熱天氣,大量人群聚易造成典型熱中暑--Classical Heat Stroke),所以會提供足量飲用水與棚帳,也做熱傷害宣導及講習!!!
台灣是亞熱帶 島嶼氣候,夏季高溫 高溼,但堆熱傷害有這些基本知識!!...基本常識!!!l

馬拉松舉辦是有國際規範的::;
熱中暑是有一個重要皮膚表徵_--雞皮疙瘩 gooseflesh; goose pimples; goose bumps;表示身體水分不足,但身體要散熱,只好犧牲散熱(--進入惡性循環與腦水腫),而產生腎上腺分泌,;;以維持身體循環(--心跳加快, 皮膚表面血管收縮);;
所以毛囊的豎毛肌收縮,造成不易散熱,體溫更形增高,逐漸破壞腦的散熱中心(--Thermo-regulator function);;

這兩天聽媒體報導::洪仲丘下士再入禁閉是第二天,就出現汗疹(?--是vesicle-小水泡,與雞皮疙瘩完全不同!! 因我未見洪員身體,而無法判定僅能憶測!!!);;到第三天(102-7-1)出現尿失禁,表是洪員已經腦水腫嚴重(肛溫?!--無紀錄, 令人驚訝!!)已喪失中樞控制能力!!!.......洪仲丘下士卻至第六(?--102-7-3倒地,送醫不治),;應該說他太有榮譽心(籃球隊長)與責任感(最後舉手 告饒!--已太晚了);;.....[color=#FF0080]這是侵犯人權的範本!!![/color];;.....這是侵犯人權的範本!!!Bumbler可以逃避責任?!(總統兼三軍統帥, 能逃過良心譴責嗎?!)
