陳姓男子（70歲）於今年4月17日晚間，因表哥身體不適，送至台北馬偕醫院急診室就醫，表哥先向護士質疑為何遲遲不來替他檢查，表哥的兒子也多次向醫護人員求助，最後由曾姓女醫師替表哥檢查，並說明他的受傷狀況。

但陳男仍不滿意，認為醫生問診態度不佳，竟以雙手抓住醫師的手，並質問她「你是醫生嗎？」造成曾醫師左手挫傷瘀腫。

台北地院審理時，曾醫師不願原諒陳男，法官認為，被告因情急心切，希望醫師快醫治他的家人而犯傷害罪，且已坦承犯行，判他拘役15天，可易科罰金1萬5千元，仍可上訴。
