整形名醫只A健保2萬8千元 ，被法官重判2年2個月

在台北市醫美診所「優品診所」執業的陳姓醫師，2010年間向自費做美白、雷射美容等11名患者收取健保卡，並不實登載開立「濕疹」、「上呼吸道感染」等 處方簽，偽造這11人是因疾病上門看診，詐領健保費2萬8925元。


陳醫師辯稱，這11麼病人的確有疾病，他並未詐領健保費，但病人證稱，自己是去自費醫美，台北地院認定被告犯行確，判他2年2年月重刑。

審言詞辯論終結前或簡易判決處刑前，檢察官得於徵詢被害人之意見後，
逕行或依被告或其代理人、辯護人之請求，經法院同意，就下列事項於審
判外進行協商，經當事人雙方合意且被告認罪者，由檢察官聲請法院改依
協商程序而為判決：
一、被告願受科刑之範圍或願意接受緩刑之宣告。
二、被告向被害人道歉。
三、被告支付相當數額之賠償金。
